COMPLIANCE STATEMENT:  In order to comply with StepUpForStudents.org requirements, please be aware that parentally placed private school students with a disability do not have the individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.

However, the nature of our school’s special education and related services typically exceed public school standards, and are even more customized to meet individualized student needs for language-based learning disabilities in a variety of areas, including Structured Literacy and a Multi-Sensory Learning environment.
